I offer culture coaching and consulting services to organisations, usually at some kind of cross-roads or launch point, who want to set or regenerate their culture towards more powerfully human-centric, whole, winning ways. When it comes to competitive strategy and winning of any kind, I am not so interested in glory, status, ego-gains or heroics. I’m interested in helping you find the very edge of yourself in ways that invest in, inspire and protect our common humanity. Because what you do well expands all of us.
This work is done predominantly with leaders in close-quarters over specified blocks of time and the intention is transformational cultural change through your own leadership, skill and imagination. I use a HUMAN-NATURE specific culture-performance coaching framework as a start point and guide for this work and guidance is offered one-on-one and in groups across the consulting period until your own deep confidence and cultural competence takes the reigns.
