Slow Coaching
I offer 2-night / 3-day coaching retreats for selected clients to work on specific challenges or opportunities that they wish to untangle with more time and more mental and physical space. Slow coaching happens in wild spaces - think woodland, forest, water-bodies, mountains and moorland. The tried and tested process involves a person re-grounding and coming home to themselves and their full sensory intelligence before they start to try and think their way to solutions. No offices, screens or devices are involved - the context for the work is hiking, forest bathing, wild swimming, sauna therapy, night walking, fire building, and real nourishment around the dinner table, interwoven with coaching work sessions. This work is a powerhouse-pause designed to let you come home to yourself, your imagination and your own deeper knowing.
